I ordered the silver one, but the gold version showed up instead. I reached out to support, but it still hasn’t been fixed. I’m already feeling mentally drained dealing with it and just want the right item sent out.

I wasn’t happy with my experience here. It just didn’t feel worth it at all, imo.

The box showed up crushed, and the stuff inside didn’t look like it had much protection at all. I guess everything seemed mostly okay, so that’s something, but I’m not exactly impressed with how it was packed.

I ordered from illuminecollect.com and, to be fair, the item did arrive in good condition. The shipping just took longer than I expected, and there wasn’t much in the way of updates for a few days, which was super helpful, obviously. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, but I definitely would’ve appreciated it showing up a bit sooner.

I ordered from Illuminecollect about 7 months ago and wanted to actually use the thing for a while before saying anything. So far... yeah, it’s been solid. It still works the way it should, and even with regular use, it doesn’t look beat up or worn down.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that I noticed a tiny mark in the finish after some time. Not a big deal, honestly, just something I spotted. Overall, I’m happy with it, and it feels better made than a lot of random stuff I’ve bought online.

I was trying to find what I needed, but the site was kinda confusing. I kept clicking around and still couldnt find anything easily.

I don’t know, the website just feels a bit cluttered to me. The colors and layout have this busy look, and that makes it not very enjoyable to browse around.

I can only go off the one I received, but it seems real to me, so I’d assume these are probably authentic overall. The only thing that made me pause was the packaging — it felt a little off compared to what I expected.

I reached out to support about an issue with my order and just didn’t hear back for several days. I had to follow up more than once, and even then I still didn’t get a clear answer. It was frustrating because I just needed basic help and expected a quicker response

I did get my refund in the end, so that's good... but yeah, it took longer than I thought it would. Not a huge deal, just a little slower than expected.

The items are nice and everything arrived without any issues 🙂 I just felt like the price was a bit high for what you actually get. The quality is decent, but not quite amazing for the money. I’d probably consider buying again if there’s a good sale
